Balance Check

Before paying for an order, you can check the customer account balance: how much funds the customer has on the account and the amount of accumulated bonuses. For this:

  1. On the advanced menu screen, choose Plugins | iikoCard5: Balance enquiry
  2. Subject to the customer authentication settings, enter the customer’s card number or telephone number. Select the authentication method in the iikoCard5 Global Settings section.
  3. Click OK.

You will see the window with account balances of all customers under currently effective programs.
