New Guest

You can enter new guests into the system one by one or several at once.

To add one guest:

  1. Enter the iiko.biz portal.
  2. Go to the iikoCard5 > Guests section.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Enter the guest data:
    • Phone It is a required field; key in the number in the following format +code<telephone number>.
    • Track number and card number
    • Employee ID This data is useful for corporate catering program reports.
    • Last name, First name, Middle name
    • Date of birth It can be used in SMS and Email lists of an outlet or in special campaigns where the Birthday condition is applied .
    • Sex This parameter might be of help to filter out guests or to make a proper address when printing birthday greetings on a receipt.
    • Email Used for SMS and Email lists.
    • Comment - additional information on the customer.
  5. Specify which categories shall a guest fall into. New guests may be assigned some categories by default - these will be checked. For details, see Guest categories.
  6. To unsubscribe a guest from the promotional mailing list, uncheck Participates in mailings and SMS. You can change this setting for several guests at a time later. For details, see Mailing list setup.
  7. Click Save.

When you register a new card in iikoFront, a new guest will be created as well.

You will be able to modify the user information later. For this purpose, on the same Guests tab, choose the required item, make the required changes and click Save.

One may delete guests, which no longer participate in loyalty programs. The guests will not be permanently deleted from the system, they will only be marked as inactive.

To delete several guests at a time, follow this:

  1. Select guests using filters or a search bar. For instance, by category. The system will delete only those guests which are given on the list. If you do not select any of the filters, all the guests will be deactivated.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm deletion.

To reactivate guests, follow this:

  1. Check Show inactive.
  2. Select the required guests using filters or a search bar.
  3. Click Restore.
Information Only those users who are vested with the Outlet Setup permission are allowed to delete or restore a guest’s card.

You are able to delete or restore only one guest. For this, open their card, check or uncheck Active and click Save.
