Out-of-Stock List

Waiters receive up-to-date information on the balance of dishes in the stop list. This calculation is performed immediately after printing a dish to the kitchen or at payment for an unprinted order (the balance is reduced), and after deleting printed dishes without write-off (the balance is increased).

Modifiers can be also included in the stop list. There can be single and group modifiers, for instance, business lunch dishes.

If you have several points of sale put into separate groups, you can create a stop list for each of them. For this, check the Separate stop lists in each group item in the outlet settings (in iikoOffice).

If a dish is in the stop list, it can only be added to an order by a manager with the “Edit stop list and quick menu” (F_EM) permission (if configured in iikoOffice).

Adding items to the stop list

Dishes that are about to run out can be added to the stop list. In this case, you can specify the remaining quantity of a particular dish. It is specified in the top right corner of the dish name button . Or you can specify that the dish is not available. In that case, it will look like this .

You can add a dish to the stop list or specify its remaining quantity one of the following ways:

  • From the general list of dishes added to the stop list.
    1. In the Advanced menu screen ( button), click Stop List. In the pop-up window, you can see the list of dishes included in the stop list, and the menu buttons with dish names are on the right.
    2. Click the the required dish button – this will open the Stop List / Balance window.
    3. If you want to register the dish balance, enter the quantity and click OK. After the dish is paid for, its quantity will be automatically reduced. When you sell the entire remaining quantity, the dish will be automatically put in the stop list.
    4. To add the selected dish to the stop list, click Add To Stop List.
    5. You can print the stop list.
    6. To go back to the additional features window, click Back.

    1. In the order taking window, click the area with the total cost of the order. This will display the Set Quantity button.
    2. Tap on it and select (from the full or quick menu) the item you want to specify its remaining quantity for in the kitchen or add it to the out-of-stock list. This will open the window for specifying the dish balance.
    3. If you want to register the dish balance, enter its quantity and click OK.
    4. To add the selected dish to the stop list, click Add To Stop List and then OК.
  • You can also add dishes to the stop list by selecting them not from the menu but from the list of ordered dishes.
    1. Select the dishes by clicking the quantity buttons (to the left of their name). These buttons will turn blue.
    2. Click | Stop List.
    3. The Stop List / Balance windows will open successively for each of the selected dishes.
    4. If you want to register the dish balance, enter its quantity and click OK.
    5. To add the selected dish to the stop list, click Add To Stop List.

Removing items from the stop list

You can remove a dish from the stop list the following ways:

  1. From overall list of dishes in the stop list. For this, click Stop List in the advanced menu screen (to open, click Adv. ). Then click Delete in the corresponding line. To go back to the additional features window, click Back.
  2. One dish at a time from the order taking window. Click the area with the total cost of the order, then click the Set Quantity button and select the dish that you want to remove from the stop list. In the Stop List / Balance window, click Remove From Stop List / Clear Balance.
