Stock list items in iiko include products, dishes, prepared components, modifiers and services. The general list opens when Inventory Management | Stock List is selected. The services are separated from the total stock list in a special reference book accessible in Finances.
Stock list reference book is arranged with the application of hierarchical approach: stock list items can be grouped (Add Group command), moreover, a group may contain not only items but other groups as well.
|| Items in price lists of outlets will be given subject to their group affiliation.
Stock list items can be viewed as a tree or table, press View for this. When viewed as a tree, each item type will have a special icon:
|Products (for instance, cigarettes, sugar)|
|Items (soup, pizza)|
|Prepared components (cut cabbage, 1.5x1.5 potato cubes)|
|Modifiers (strawberry topping, bechamel sauce)|
|Services (activation iikoNet) and rates (Student)|
|Stock list item group|
Moreover, icons may display the main properties of a stock list item:
|, , , ||Item (product, modifier, group item) is on sale, i.e., included in the price list and available in iikoFront|
|, , , ||An item (modifier, prepared component, group item) has a blank recipe|
The information shown for each stock list item in the list can be configured by selecting the required parameters. For this, click View, select Column Settings and then place ticks opposite the required properties. You can also set up the display of deleted items in the reference book. You need to click View and select Show deleted.
Data on remainders will be available only to users granted the necessary permission (B_VSR).
Reports on the nutritional and energy value of dishes offered in the outlet, as well as reports on the products the dishes are made of according to their recipes, can be retrieved from this window. You need to click Actions and select the required report from the drop-down list.
You can create a new order on changes in price list in the stock list reference book window (see Creating a Price List). To do this, select the required items and/or names of groups in the reference book (by holding Ctrl) and run the Order on changes in price list shortcut menu command (also available from the Actions button). When a stock list group or several groups are selected, all items within these groups will be included in the new order.
The accountant calculator creates a detailed recipe and can control the resulting markup by the following indicators:
- Markup, € = Price, € - Cost, €. These values are displayed in the fields of the stock list. COST or MWAC is displayed in the "Cost, £" field depending on the dish write-off method (by ingredients or dish).
- Markup, % = (Price, € — Cost, €)/Cost, €×100%.
- Output — total output of the product from the applicable detailed recipe.
- Base markup, % — the value given in Default markup (%) of the stock list dish card under Additional Information — Markup.
