Export to Online Banking Software

All payments registered in iiko can be exported to a special file and then transferred to a bank by means of the online banking software.

Payments are exported to the exchange file supported by all online banking systems.

The Export to Online Banking Software item is available to the employees granted the “Export payment orders” (B_BKE) permission.

Warning Fill up payee’s and payer’s details to have a successful export.

To create a file containing payment orders, follow this:

  1. Go to Finances > Export to Online Banking Software in the main menu.   Payment orders can be created based on documents or transactions.
  2. To export payments based on documents, follow this:
    1. Click Select documents. The Debt to contractors window will open up.
    2. Using the Shift and Ctrl keys select the documents and click Create payment orders.
  3. To export payments based on transactions, follow this:
    1. Click  Select transactions in the chart of accounts   and choose an account. Only “Monetary” accounts are available here.
    2. Using the Shift and Ctrl keys select the required transactions and click Create payment orders.
  4. Check if the Status column displays the “Ready to export” message. If you get the “missing data” message, and some of the fields are highlighted, it means that there is not enough data to perform the export. Enter the required data and click Update.
    • The required but blank fields are highlighted in red. Those might be the payee’s or payer's Tax ID. If such data is missing, you won’t be able to export the document or transaction.
    • If the fields are yellow, it means that they miss some data, but you will be able to create an export file anyways. For instance, the City of the Settlement Center or Comment for the document or transaction. To find out which data shall be specified, hover over the selected field.
  5. Check the required items. If the list has some unwanted records which should not be exported, click Delete in its shortcut menu.
  6. In the File field, specify the folder you wish an export file to be saved in.
  7. Click Export.

To easily find the file after the export, click Open folder .
